Angela RodriguesOwner and Landscape Designer

Her knowledge comes from USDA Graduate School Department of Agriculture in Washington DC. Angela’s designs burst with creativity, are grounded in functionality, and adhere to your budget specifications.
She started her experience on landscape design in 1997, and spent 2 years in Brazil studying about sub-tropical plants. Always passionate about her work and ready for new challenges.

Cleber RodriguesPresident Owner

Cleber created Xtra Care from a passion of transforming dreams into projects. He has more than 10 years studying and improving his knowledge in Landscape technology, Horticulture, and Landscape design. Always wanting more, Cleber is always improving the business with new licenses and certifications. Class A Contractor and Building Technical in Virginia, Maryland Home Improvement and Professional Fertilizer Applicator are his current licenses. He always provides our clients a professional level of customer service and high caliber end product. As a Project Manager, Cleber oversees the installation of projects, handling the installations and day to day visiting new clients. He takes very attention to details and he is very proud of his company.

Meiriane da SilvaOffice Manager

Meiriane started her landscape experience 8 years ago when she started working with Xtra Care. Since then, she is shining with her customer service manners, always very efficient and professional. She is responsible for scheduling the works, billing information, and preparing proposals.

Angelica CoreasBilling and Payroll Assistant

Angelica started working with Xtra Care this year. she is very professional and hardworking employee. her responsibilities are to keep track of the crew member’s hours and in charge of the billing department.

Graduated in Bilingual Executive Secretariat. Mariana brings her 4 years of experience to work with customer service at Xtra Care. Always taking good care of our customers and giving her best to better assist their needs. She is responsible for preparing the proposals, following up with the clients and scheduling meetings.

Raissa BonfimAuto Cad Specialist

Graduated in Architecture, Raissa is working with Xtra Care since 2009. Always being very professional and hard worker, her job is to put into AUTO CAD and 3D pictures the expectations and imagination of Angela’s by-hand drawings.
